Video narration
An uncontrolled batch can drift if the mix and temperature are not kept in line. Start by feeding the required powder and liquid raw materials into the mixer. Mixing follows the production standard, moving step by step through the Filler stage, PVC stage, and Adjustment stage. Monitor material temperature throughout. If it rises too high, reduce the RPM. If it falls too low, increase the RPM. Once mixing is complete, transfer the batch to the service tank for hold-up. Then pass it through the TRM (Three-roll machine) for proper dispersion. Self-cleaning removes unwanted material before the batch enters the storage tank. From storage, it moves through the hand filter, mono-pump, and bucket filter. Next, weigh the filtered material, place it into the packing drum, and complete the stickering process. Control the mix, watch temperature, then filter and weigh before packing and stickering.
