At the last minute, Business Environment feels like one long list of similar points-and you worry that the exam will make you forget half of them. Treat it like a three-check exam checklist instead. First, what it is: external forces affecting a business. Its features become one memory line: these forces are total, specific and general, interrelated, dynamic, uncertain, complex, and relative. Stop memorising each line separately. Sort them into groups. Second, why it matters: spot opportunities and threats, move early, handle change, plan better, and improve performance. Third, remember the five dimensions with ESTPL: Economic, Social, Technological, Political, and Legal. ESTPL is only a revision aid, not an official textbook acronym. Under exam pressure, run the checklist-features, importance, then ESTPL. Three checks, one clear route through the chapter when memory feels crowded in the exam.
