Video narration
You tap an AI app, ask a question, and get an answer. Later, like any app, it gets an update. What happened before and after launch? First, a team plans what the app should do and builds the parts people use. Then they test it: does it work as expected, and does the AI give useful responses? Once ready, they release it for people to use. That sounds like the finish line. It isn't. Real use reveals problems the team didn't spot beforehand: confusing answers, features that fail, or situations the app handles poorly. So the team checks how it performs, fixes what needs attention, and improves it over time. The AI model is only one part. That whole journey is application lifecycle management, or ALM: how teams plan, build, test, launch, and keep improving an AI app. Follow for more.
