Have you ever met a new classmate or coworker and thought, "I know what this person is like," after one meeting? Maybe they were quiet, so you decided they were unfriendly. But you had seen one moment, not the whole person. મનોવલણ, or attitude, is your general way of thinking and feeling about a person, thing, or situation. You may usually feel open to new people, or cautious. પૂર્વગ્રહ, or bias, is a one-sided judgment made before you check enough information. Here is the turn: "I just feel they're like that" may not be neutral. It may be bias built from incomplete information. Your first impression is not automatically the truth. Pause and ask: what do I actually know, and what am I assuming? So, should you trust that first impression? Use it as a starting point, not a verdict. Your attitude can change, and bias can be noticed and stopped. Check the person more fairly first, then decide.
