Video narration
Is a startup just any new company? A cafe or an app can be new; that alone doesn't decide. Imagine ordering lunch, but the usual choices don't fit. You notice people like you need something different. A startup tests a solution with real customers: do they want it, and can you deliver it in a way that lasts? Being new isn't what makes it a startup. The key is finding a solution you can repeat and grow. That repeatable plan is its business model: how you keep providing value and earn enough to continue. A lunch shop can be a good small business without aiming to expand. A startup asks whether a lunch solution can serve more people in the same dependable way. So, is a startup just a new company? No. It's a business still proving that its answer to a customer problem can serve people again and reach more of them.
