Still doing everything manually in Excel? In the computer lab, reaching for menus and moving the mouse turns tiny tasks into a slow routine. The work is not the problem; the extra clicking is. Select a cell with content. Press Ctrl + C to copy it. Move to another cell and press Ctrl + V to paste it there. Made a change you did not want? Press Ctrl + Z. It undoes your recent action. Need to work with your data together? Press Ctrl + A to select the data region. The cells highlight your selection. Now save your workbook with Ctrl + S. Watch for Excel's saved state, then continue. Remember: Ctrl + C copies, Ctrl + V pastes, Ctrl + Z undoes, Ctrl + A selects, and Ctrl + S saves. Practise them on your keyboard. Work smarter. Save time. Build your skills. MITRAZ Foundation.
