What if your search bar suddenly opened to everyone? Every question you've typed-private, practical, half-formed-would sit there without the moment that explains it. Even ordinary searches can look strange when all you see is the wording. You'd look at someone else's and start filling in the missing story, as if a few words could tell you who they are. And then you'd see your own search bar differently: the questions you'd never say aloud, the ones that only make sense in context. The searches that look strange from the outside can feel familiar when they're yours. They're questions, not a complete picture of a person. But if nothing felt private, you'd think twice before asking-even when you needed an answer. So what would happen? We'd judge each other, recognize our own questions in theirs, and want our search bars private again.
