Raw powder and liquid are feeding into the Mixer now, in the batch quantity. Follow the material through the standard mixing sequence: first the Filler stage, then the PVC stage, and finally the Adjustment stage. During mixing, monitor temperature regularly. If the temperature rises too high, reduce the Mixer RPM. If it is too low, increase the RPM. Only the Mixer speed changes. Once mixing is complete, transfer the batch to the Service tank for hold-up. From there, send it through the TRM, the Three-roll machine, for dispersion. Next, self-cleaning removes unwanted material before the batch enters the Storage tank. The flow then continues through the hand filter, the Mono-pump, and the bucket filter. After filtration, the weighing machine measures the paint before it goes into the packing drum. Finally, apply the sticker for labeling. The batch is now filtered, weighed, packed, and labeled, ready for dispatch.
