Video narration
You blow into a balloon, and it grows bigger in your hands. What went inside? Air! You cannot see it, but the balloon shows that air takes up space. Remember three things about air: it takes up space, has weight, and contains moisture. Moisture means tiny bits of water in the air. Air is all around you, though you cannot see it. But air is more than something around you. It contains oxygen, the part your body uses when you breathe. You breathe in and out all day, even when asleep. That is why clean air matters. You can help keep air clean: do not burn rubbish, because smoke makes the air dirty. If you see smoke, move away and tell a grown-up. Air fills space, has weight, and carries tiny bits of water. We need its oxygen, so never burn rubbish.
