English script (about 1 min 50) Scene 1 (0:00–0:15) — On screen: the title “Week 2: talking to AI like an employee”, a virtual employee with a badge. Welcome to week 2! This week, imagine that the AI is a new employee. He is very fast and works day and night. But like any new employee, he needs clear instructions. Scene 2 (0:15–0:55) — On screen: four cards: Who you are, What task, What format, What limits. A good instruction has four parts. One: who he is, for example the assistant of a clothing shop on WhatsApp. Two: one single task at a time. Three: the format, for example two sentences, a warm tone, no complicated words. Four: the limits, for example never give a price that is not in the catalog. Scene 3 (0:55–1:30) — On screen: a list of 20 questions filling up, with a magnifying glass on a badly written sentence. With this, you build your library of twenty questions and answers. Start from the real questions your customers ask, not imagined ones. Write the ideal answer. Then test the question, and also two or three other ways to ask it: with typing mistakes, or mixing two languages. Scene 4 (1:30–1:55) — On screen: a warning sign: “It worked once”, then “Week 3”. Watch out for the trap: do not say “it's fine” because it worked once. Your customers never ask the question exactly as planned. See you in week 3!

Now build a small training library: twenty real questions your customers ask, with the ideal answer for each. Begin with real conversations, not questions you imagine customers might ask. You are giving your new employee examples of what good work looks like. Then test every question. Ask it in the original wording, and in two or three other ways. Add a typing mistake. Mix two languages. Change the order of the words. The meaning may be the same, but the wording will not be. Here is the trap: one successful answer proves almost nothing. Your customers will not follow your script. The real test is whether the AI keeps giving a useful answer when the question changes. So remember: clear instructions start the employee's work. Real customer variations prove whether it is ready. See you in week three.
