Video narration
Evening settles over a crowded street-food market. At the stall, you're waiting for a hot plate of momos, with cloudy sky hanging above the lights. Then the sky opens-not with rain, but with hundreds of golden momos tumbling down. Faces tilt upward. Plates lift. Everyone reaches to catch dinner before it hits the ground. Among the crowd, one enormous crispy momo drops straight onto a steel plate. The whole market seems to hold its breath. Then it cracks. That familiar stall-side wait becomes something else: a crisp shell splitting open, stretchy mozzarella pulling through the steam, while red chutney flashes and chilli flakes scatter around it. Now the crowd fades; all you see is that golden edge, glossy sauce, and two warm halves drawing apart, cheese stretching between them. At this stall, the best catch is the one that melts.
