Video narration
The conversation is over, but your mind is still in it. You replay what you said, then wonder how it landed. "Why did I say it like that?" "Did I talk too much?" You may wonder if the other person felt bad. The questions return, and each replay can feel like a clue: maybe you said something wrong, maybe you upset someone. So you go through the conversation again, searching for the moment that proves it. But a worry is not proof. Remembering a line again and again tells you it is on your mind. It doesn't tell you that it was wrong, or that the other person took it badly. The replay feels convincing because it keeps returning, but repeating a question doesn't answer it. When that conversation comes back, remember: a replay is not a verdict. It does not prove you said something wrong.
