Video narration
Is a quick rinse at the sink or in the shower enough to clean your hands and feet? Not always. Water can run over your skin and miss the small spaces between your fingers and toes. Start with your hands: use soap, rub palm to palm, then over the backs of your hands and between every finger. Clean around your nails too, then rinse your hands well to wash the soap away. Now carry the same routine to your feet, whether you're at the sink or in the shower. Wash the tops and soles, and clean between each toe before rinsing the feet well. Don't stop at the rinse. Dry your feet carefully, especially between the toes. So, is water alone enough? No. At the sink or in the shower, use soap, reach between fingers and toes, then rinse and dry well.
