Video narration
You've reread the chapter, highlighted it, and still freeze when the test asks you to explain it. Familiarity with the words feels like knowledge, but it does not prove you can produce the answer. So close the chapter and ask: "What is the main idea, and how would I explain it?" Try first. This is active recall: pulling the answer from memory without help. Then check the notes. Find the gap, correct it, and keep going. A wrong answer is useful because it shows you what to fix. Return to that question in a later session, rather than cramming everything at once. That is spaced repetition: revisiting across separate sessions. Your study loop is simple: recall, check, correct, revisit. Don't judge learning by how familiar the chapter looks. Close the notes and see what you can bring back. That is studying-not just recognizing.
