Video narration
What is actually inside the mattress you sleep on? It feels soft, but peel it apart and you find layers built around hidden support. On the outside, matching top and bottom layers combine quilted knitted fabric, soft foam, and fiber filling. Together, they make the padded surface you feel and hide the spring unit. Underneath are sheets of thermobonded cotton felt-protective layers between the upholstery and the springs. Now the center is exposed. The Bonnel spring is the main support core, forming the mattress's internal framework. Around its edges, side wall foam creates a surrounding frame for the spring assembly. So this mattress is not just a spring block. It is comfort wrapped around support: soft quilted layers outside, felt between, a Bonnel spring core in the middle, and side wall foam at the edges. That is what's inside the mattress you sleep on.
