English script (about 1 min 50) Scene 1 (0:00–0:15) — On screen: the title “Week 3: connecting the WhatsApp chatbot”, a phone with a chat bubble. Hello! This week, your assistant arrives on WhatsApp. It will answer your customers with the twenty answers you prepared. Scene 2 (0:15–0:40) — On screen: a complete WhatsApp Business profile: name, opening hours, photo. First step: a WhatsApp Business account with a number reserved for your business, not your personal number. Fill in your profile properly: name, address, opening hours, a short description, and a good photo. Scene 3 (0:40–1:05) — On screen: a product card with photo, price, description. Second step: the catalog. For each product, a photo, the exact price and a clear description. When a customer asks how much an item costs, the chatbot must give the same price as the catalog. Scene 4 (1:05–1:30) — On screen: a welcome message, then an arrow to “I pass you to a human”. Third step: the scenario. A welcome message, then your twenty answers. And if a customer asks something you did not expect? The chatbot offers to rephrase, or it passes the conversation to a person. Never silence, never an invented answer. Scene 5 (1:30–1:55) — On screen: two different prices for the same item, crossed out in red, then “Week 4”. Before you start, test from another phone. And be careful: if you change a price, change it in both places, in the catalog and for the AI. Otherwise, the customer sees two prices. See you in week 4!

Third, prepare the conversation. Start with a welcome message, then add the twenty answers you already prepared. When the question falls outside those answers, do not leave the customer in silence, and do not invent a reply. Ask them to rephrase, or pass the conversation to a person. A human fallback protects trust when the assistant does not know. Before launch, test everything from another phone. That shows the experience a real customer actually sees, not the setup as it looks to you. Send common questions, check the profile, browse the catalog, and confirm the handoff works. Then make the final price check. One product, one price, in both places: the catalog and the AI. Change it in both. Before week four, test from another phone, and keep every price identical in the catalog and the AI.
