ANS VIDEO 1: DETAILED MOTIONVID PROMPTS (scene by scene, second by second)
How to use: Generate each scene separately (they're 20–50 seconds each), then join them in order. Paste the GLOBAL STYLE block at the top of every scene prompt, then that scene's prompt. If MotionVid accepts longer prompts, you can paste several scenes together.
Honest note on text: you asked for text inside the video, so every prompt spells out each word in quotes with its size, position and animation. AI video tools still sometimes misspell long words. Keep texts short as written, and after generating, check the spelling of every word (especially DUMBBELSS, hemicholinium, vesamicol, botulinum, bethanechol, arecoline). If a word is wrong, regenerate with "spell it exactly: H-E-M-I-C-H-O-L-I-N-I-U-M" or add the text in CapCut afterwards.
GLOBAL STYLE (paste at the top of every scene)
Educational explainer animation for medical students, 16:9, 1080p, 30fps. Dark navy background (#0B1020) with a faint dotted grid. Flat vector 2D motion graphics only: no photorealistic people, no realistic organs, no stock footage. Bold, clean sans-serif font (like Montserrat ExtraBold), white text with a soft glow, large and easy to read on a phone. Colour code, used the same way in every scene: SYMPATHETIC = orange-red (#FF6B3D), PARASYMPATHETIC = cyan (#22D3EE), ACETYLCHOLINE = bright blue glowing dots (#3B82F6), NORADRENALINE = orange glowing dots, TOXINS = purple (#A855F7) with a small skull icon, KEY ANSWERS = yellow (#FACC15). Fast, energetic pacing: something animates every 2-3 seconds. Text pops in word by word with a slight bounce; arrows draw themselves; icons pulse. Smooth zoom or whip-pan between shots. Subtle whoosh and pop sound effects, light upbeat electronic background music at low volume. No voiceover. Keep the bottom-right 20% of the frame empty (a presenter face-cam goes there). All on-screen text must be spelled EXACTLY as written in quotes, nothing extra added.
SCENE 1: HOOK (20 sec)
0:00-0:03 Black screen. A single glowing cyan heartbeat line (ECG style) runs across the centre and pulses. Small text fades in below: "You didn't choose any of this."
0:03-0:07 The heartbeat line morphs into a flat heart icon, which beats. A flat eye icon fades in to the right of it; its pupil shrinks and widens. A flat gut/intestine icon fades in to the left and wiggles.
0:07-0:11 Three white labels pop under the icons, one after the other: "HEART RATE", "PUPIL SIZE", "GUT MOVEMENT".
0:11-0:14 A big glowing question mark appears above all three, then crashes into the text: "WHO IS CONTROLLING THIS?"
0:14-0:20 Whip-zoom to a dark screen. The title slams in with a camera shake, letter by letter, in huge white type with a cyan glow: "THE AUTONOMIC NERVOUS SYSTEM". Below it, smaller, in yellow: "Video 1 of 4".
SCENE 2: TWO TEAMS (40 sec)
0:00-0:04 Dark background splits down the middle with a bright vertical line. Left half tinted orange-red, right half tinted cyan.
0:04-0:10 LEFT: an orange-red lightning bolt icon slams in. Text pops in word by word: "SYMPATHETIC". Smaller beneath: "Fight or Flight". A tiny running-figure icon appears next to it.
0:10-0:16 RIGHT: a cyan leaf icon grows in. Text: "PARASYMPATHETIC". Smaller beneath: "Rest and Digest". A tiny sleeping-moon icon appears.
0:16-0:22 Both halves slide aside. A simple flat vertical spine graphic (a column of stacked small blocks) appears in the centre. A glowing orange-red bracket draws along the middle blocks with text: "T1 to L2" and a label "Thoraco-lumbar".
0:22-0:30 The brain at the top and the tail of the spine glow cyan. Four cyan numbers pop at the brain: "3", "7", "9", "10" with label "Cranial nerves". Three cyan numbers pop at the tail: "S2", "S3", "S4" with label "Sacral". Combined label slams in: "Cranio-sacral".
0:30-0:35 The "10" number grows and glows. Text beside it: "VAGUS = 75% of parasympathetic".
0:35-0:40 A yellow mnemonic banner slides up from the bottom: "Eye - Face - Tongue - Everything else". Each word lights up in turn, matching cranial nerves 3, 7, 9, 10.
SCENE 3: THE TWO-NEURON RELAY (50 sec)
0:00-0:05 Title text drops in: "EVERY PATHWAY = 2 NEURONS". A flat diagram begins to draw on the left: a circle (spinal cord), a long line (pre-ganglionic neuron), a small round blob (ganglion), another line (post-ganglionic neuron), and a target organ icon on the right. Labels fade in: "Pre-ganglionic", "Ganglion", "Post-ganglionic".
0:05-0:12 Glowing blue dots (acetylcholine) travel from the spinal cord along the first line to the ganglion. A label pops in on the ganglion: "ACh -> NICOTINIC". A yellow rule tag appears: "Rule 1: Always ACh, both divisions".
0:12-0:20 The diagram splits into two copies, stacked. TOP copy (cyan): blue dots travel from the ganglion to the target, label: "ACh -> MUSCARINIC", tag: "Rule 2: Parasympathetic". BOTTOM copy (orange-red): orange dots travel to the target, label: "NORADRENALINE", tag: "Rule 3: Sympathetic".
0:20-0:25 The stacked diagrams slide off. Text slams in: "EXCEPTIONS (NEET LOVES THESE)" with a yellow underline.
0:25-0:33 Exception 1 card slides in: a small flat adrenal-gland icon above a kidney, and an arrow pushing red drops into a blood vessel. Text: "ADRENAL MEDULLA", then: "No post-ganglionic neuron. Releases ADRENALINE into blood."
0:33-0:40 Exception 2 card slides in: sweat-drop icon with a small orange-red lightning bolt, but the dots are blue. Text: "SWEAT GLANDS", then: "Sympathetic, but ACh".
0:40-0:46 Exception 3 card slides in: kidney icon with a small vessel opening wide. Text: "RENAL VESSELS", then: "Dopamine on D1 -> dilation".
0:46-0:50 Yellow mnemonic banner: "Sweat is the sympathetic that switched teams". The sweat-drop icon from card 2 does a little flip.
SCENE 4: THE LIFE OF ACETYLCHOLINE (50 sec)
0:00-0:04 Text slams in: "THE LIFE OF ONE ACh MOLECULE". A glowing blue dot appears, with the label "ACh", and a cartoon timer begins counting up in the corner.
0:04-0:08 Camera zooms into a flat, stylised nerve ending (a bulb-shaped terminal). A small channel on the left membrane labelled "CHT" lets glowing choline dots in. Big number 1 pops: "1. Choline enters via CHT". A yellow tag: "RATE-LIMITING". A purple skull tag with a red X over the channel: "Blocked by HEMICHOLINIUM".
0:08-0:13 Inside, a small machine shape labelled "ChAT" joins a choline dot to an "Acetyl-CoA" dot, and a blue ACh dot pops out. Number 2: "2. ChAT makes ACh".
0:13-0:19 A round vesicle with a pump labelled "VAChT" fills with blue dots. Number 3: "3. VAChT packs ACh into vesicles". Purple skull tag with red X: "Blocked by VESAMICOL".
0:19-0:30 Yellow "Ca2+" dots rush in through a channel at the top. Three rope-like protein shapes labelled "SNARE" pull the vesicle toward the membrane. Number 4: "4. Ca2+ -> SNARE -> release". Then a purple scissors icon cuts the SNARE ropes; the vesicle stops. Text: "BOTULINUM TOXIN cuts SNARE = no release = flaccid paralysis". Beside it, small icons pop one at a time: "Spasticity", "Squint", "Sweating", "Migraine".
0:30-0:37 Rewind effect. This time a purple spider icon appears; every vesicle bursts at once, and a flood of blue dots rushes out. Text: "BLACK WIDOW VENOM = massive release".
0:37-0:44 Normal release resumes. Blue dots cross the gap (synapse) to a receptor. A pac-man-like enzyme shape labelled "Acetylcholinesterase" eats the dots. Number 5: "5. AChE destroys ACh in milliseconds".
0:44-0:50 Yellow mnemonic banner: "Botulinum BLOCKS. Black widow BLASTS." The word BLOCKS shows a stop sign; BLASTS shows an explosion icon.
SCENE 5: RECEPTORS AND DUMBBELSS (45 sec)
0:00-0:03 Text drops in: "ONE MESSENGER, TWO RECEPTORS".
0:03-0:12 LEFT panel: a flat icon of a channel (a tube with a gate) opening, with fast-moving sodium dots rushing through. Title: "NICOTINIC = ion channel (FAST)". Two sub-cards pop under it: "Nn: ganglia + adrenal medulla" and "Nm: muscle junction". Yellow mnemonic tag: "Nicotine Very Bad: Nn = Neurons, Nm = Muscle".
0:12-0:22 RIGHT panel: a flat icon of a receptor with a swirling G-protein attached. Title: "MUSCARINIC = G-protein (M1 to M5)". Five circles M1, M2, M3, M4, M5 pop in. M1, M3, M5 turn green with a plus sign and the label "Gq: excite". M2 and M4 turn red with a minus sign and the label "Gi: inhibit". Two small tags: "M2 = heart" with a heart icon, "M3 = smooth muscle + glands".
0:22-0:36 Screen clears. Huge title: "DUMBBELSS". The nine letters slam in one at a time, a letter every 1.5 seconds, each with a flat icon and word next to it: D = "Diarrhoea" (toilet icon), U = "Urination" (bladder icon), M = "Miosis" (small pupil), B = "Bradycardia" (slow heart), B = "Bronchospasm" (narrow airway), E = "Emesis" (vomit icon), L = "Lacrimation" (tear), S = "Salivation" (drool), S = "Sweating" (sweat drop).
0:36-0:45 A blood vessel appears with the text: "No nerve supply, but ACh still dilates it!" The inner wall of the vessel glows; an "M3" receptor on it releases small golden dots labelled "NO (nitric oxide)". The vessel widens. Text: "Endothelial M3 -> NO -> vasodilation".
SCENE 6: DIRECT CHOLINERGIC DRUGS (35 sec)
0:00-0:03 Title slams in: "DIRECT CHOLINERGIC DRUGS".
0:03-0:14 Three drug cards slide in from the left, one every 3 seconds, each with a flat icon: "METHACHOLINE" with a lung icon and text "Asthma test (bronchial challenge)"; "CARBACHOL" with an eye icon and text "Eye: miosis"; "BETHANECHOL" with a bladder and gut icon and text "M3-selective + esterase-resistant. Urinary retention, ileus". The Bethanechol card gets a yellow border.
0:14-0:26 Screen clears. Title: "PAN MASALA". Four letters unfold into words with plant icons: P = "Pilocarpine" (a leaf), A = "Arecoline" (a betel nut), N = "Nicotine" (a tobacco leaf), Masala = "Muscarine" (a mushroom). Under Pilocarpine, a small tag: "Glaucoma + dry mouth". Under Nicotine, a tag: "Varenicline (partial agonist) = quit smoking".
0:26-0:35 A yellow summary bar draws across the bottom with three short chips: "Esters: Meth, Carba, Betha", "Alkaloids: PAN Masala", "Pilocarpine = sialogogue".
SCENE 7: QUIZ AND OUTRO (15 sec)
0:00-0:08 Bright yellow quiz card slides in with a 5-second countdown ring. Text: "QUICK TEST". Question: "Which drug is M3-selective and resistant to esterase?" Four option bubbles: "A. Methacholine", "B. Carbachol", "C. Bethanechol", "D. Pilocarpine". The countdown ring runs down.
0:08-0:11 Option C lights up green with a tick; the others fade. Text: "BETHANECHOL".
0:11-0:15 End card, centred: "NEXT: Indirect cholinergics, Myasthenia gravis, OP poisoning". A small arrow loops to the right. The face-cam corner stays empty.
