Socho aapke Fundamental Rights aapki safety shield hain. Par agar koi un rights ko violate kare, to aap kya karoge? Indian Constitution ka Article 32 yahi power deta hai: aap seedha Supreme Court jaa sakte ho. Isse kehte hain “right to move the Supreme Court” for enforcement of Fundamental Rights. Matlab court se keh sakte ho, “Mere rights protect karo.” Supreme Court phir orders de sakta hai—jaise writs—taaki violation ruk jaaye aur justice mile. Dr. B. R. Ambedkar ne Article 32 ko Constitution ka “heart and soul” bola, kyunki rights sirf likhe hue words nahi, enforce bhi ho sakte hain. Simple language mein: Article 32 ensures ki Fundamental Rights paper par nahi, real life mein bhi kaam karein.
