Video narration
A ball is flying toward you. You track it with your eyes, reach out, and shift your hand. Signals from your eyes reach connected brain cells, which process where the ball is and how you're moving. The brain sends signals to your muscles, guiding your arm toward the catch. But movement isn't one finished command. New information keeps arriving, and your brain adjusts your reach as you move. Catching a ball is sensing, acting, adjusting-one ongoing loop.
