Video narration

In a shared team inbox, a new ticket arrives, and one available agent claims it while the others stay ready. Now map that moment to the architecture. Producer sends Order #101 to the address orders. From there, it moves into ordersQueue, the shared holding point. Three consumers connect to that same queue: Consumer 1, Consumer 2, and Consumer 3. They are like agents watching one shared inbox, not three separate inboxes. This is where the expectation flips. One message does not fan out to every connected consumer. Anycast here means competing consumers share the queue, so one message goes to one consumer. For Order #101, Consumer 2 receives it. Consumer 1 and Consumer 3 remain available, but they do not receive this particular message. Just like the shared inbox, the order is handled once by one available agent. Here, that's Consumer 2: one message, one consumer.
