Video narration
Ever opened your to-do list and immediately wanted to do anything else? That doesn't always mean you don't care. Sometimes the task looks like a leap to the top of a staircase. "Finish the whole project." "Clean the entire room." "Start exercising." Picture the whole climb, and starting feels heavy. Make the first step small enough to reach: open the document, put away five things, or walk for two minutes. That's not the whole staircase. It's one step. Once you're on it, you have something to build on; the next step can become clearer as you go. A small start doesn't promise an easy finish, and you don't need to solve the whole task right now. Pick one thing you've been avoiding. What is one useful step you can take now? Because the whole task can feel like a jump. Find one reachable stair, and take it.
