Start with a complete brief
Include the audience, outcome, source material, structure and visual direction. Choose the available duration, voice, language and orientation in the create form so the controls and brief agree.

Product explainer prompt
Explain one use case with facts the product team has confirmed. Avoid requesting invented customer outcomes, testimonials or guaranteed savings. If the visual must reproduce an exact product screen, a verified screen recording may be more appropriate than generated imagery.
Create an animated explainer for [audience] who struggle with [problem]. Explain how [product] helps with [one use case]. Use only these confirmed capabilities: [facts]. SOP training prompt
Include conditions as well as steps. An instruction to “explain escalation” does not tell the model which cases qualify or who receives them. Use the real SOP as the source.
Create a training video for [role] on [task]. Use this approved procedure: [paste steps, owners and exceptions]. Show a fictional normal case, then explain what changes if [exception]. In the current ToMotion create form, paste the relevant document text, slide notes or a prepared summary into the main input. The attachment control accepts reference images; it is not a PDF, DOCX or PPTX importer.
If you already have approved spoken wording, use the Script field instead of asking a prompt to preserve a document verbatim.

Write scene direction separately from spoken copy
When Use own script is enabled, Video instructions should describe the audience and how to illustrate the script. Script should contain the words intended for narration. Keeping production notes separate avoids accidentally treating them as spoken copy.
Describe visible relationships: “show the request moving from the sender to the reviewer” is more useful than “make the process dynamic.” For important labels, supply the terms and inspect the result.
Fix the cause of an unhelpful result
Keep the output beside the source and identify one change worth testing. Rewriting everything at once makes it difficult to learn which instruction helped. Additional generations may use credits, so check the estimate before repeating the test.
